I am going to digitally detox for Making Space and I would appreciate your support. March 2025 is Digital Detox Month at Making Space and I’m joining in. I use digital devices frequently but feel I will benefit from taking a break but I need your support to help me through it. Please sponsor me. Taking time out will be help you reconnect with others, take time de-stress and avoid the distraction that screens often provide. It can also help with sleep, improve mood, reduce anxiety, improve brain functioning, increase focus and reduce eye strain. Taking a break from devices can also give us time to try new things, spend time outdoors and chat face-to-face to family and friends.
