I'm Nina and I manage Making Space services, Bluebell Lane, Castlewood Court and Recover Point. Together with Tracey, one of Castlewood Court's Support Workers, we will be taking to the skies on the 26th of July and completing a skydive to raise £800 for the people we support at our services!
Bluebell Lane is a supported living service for people aged between 18 and 65, who live with mental health conditions or learning disabilities. We work with our tenants to help them lead independent lives by providing skills development courses, assistance with shopping, attending appointments, and adapting care plans to best fit their needs and circumstances.
Castlewood Court is also a supported living service, that supports people 18 and over with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and mental health. Here, we have a 24/7 on-site support team to help our tenants, as well as offering flexible levels of support depending on our tenants' care needs.
Recovery Point is an NHS funded service for people in mental health crisis and need a safe and caring haven to rest, recharge and recuperate.
We are nervous to complete the skydive, but excited to take on the challenge.
Donating to our skydive means Tracey, myself and our colleagues can take our tenants on summer trips, buy a pool table for the people we support in Castlewood Court, as well as enhance the garden area in Bluebell Lane.
Please donate today. Thank you.
