Making Space's Rotherham Dementia Carers Support have been gifted a signed shirt by Rotherham United FC to win as a raffle prize whilst raising money for an invaluable service!

For £2.50 a ticket, you can be in with a chance to win this signed football shirt. The money raised from this raffle will help the team at Rotherham Dementia Carer Support provide personalised support and guidance for carers helping people living with dementia. Through the team's "Singing for the Brain" events - where people living with dementia sing songs they know and love - and other activities, our carer support workers have created a safe space for people living with dementia and their carers to attend, share knowledge and experiences, and receive support.

You can enter the raffle as many times as you wish.
