At Making Space, we believe co-production should be a living, breathing part of care — not a tick-box exercise. That’s why we created the Making It Real GAME: a creative, interactive tool that brings the Making It Real framework to life.

The Making It Real G.A.M.E (Guided Approach to Meaningful Engagement) transforms the framework into a playful board game that sparks honest conversations, strengthens partnerships, and embeds co-production in everyday practice. Built around co-produced “I” statements, it helps teams focus on what truly matters. Already used across our services, from extra care housing to peer support, the game is proving to be a powerful catalyst for culture change.
